Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your unworn boots in their original shoe box.
Ship the Package
Drop off your return at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the package is scanned to allow for real-time tracking of your shipment.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your full refund or dispatch your replacement exchange within 5-7 business days.
